The course is designed to provide educators with the knowledge and skills needed to guide and maximize the professional growth of all teachers, pre-service, novice, veteran, and marginal. Readings also focus on the development of an effective accountability process that aligns with teacher standards and district policies. The course culminates with readings and activities for the prospective school administration to reflect and self assess his/her leadership knowledge and skills according to the ELCC Standards.
