Literacy-in-CTE, teachers will learn to integrate effective models of reading in the context of their CTE concentrations.  This integration is meant to complement the CTE learning that is already embedded and authentic in the CTE curriculum. Teachers adapt their current lesson plans by integrating research-proven literacy strategies to help students learn and are challenged to help their students take responsibility for their own learning.
