Withdrawal/Refund policies

Students wishing to withdraw from a course must first contact MEC’s director.

Withdrawal/Refund Policies
Professional Education course drop/withdrawal
Refunds :
Prior to course starting date  100%
Within one week of course starting date 100%
Weeks 2 and beyond – No Refund.

Withdrawal/Refund Policies:  
Masters of Education – Administrative Leadership Program  course drop/withdrawal
Students who officially withdraw from M.ED courses will receive the following refund:

Within the first week of class: 80%
Within the second week: 60%
Within the third week: 40%
Fourth week and after: No refund

Federal Title IV Funds

In the event of withdrawal students who receive Federal Title IV Funds,  are subject to the return of Title IV Funds as required by the 1998 Amendments to the Higher Education Act of 1965. The calculation for the return of Title IV Funds may be found on the refund schedule.
