Refund policies

Students wishing to withdraw from a course must contact MEC’s director. Include student name, course number and title.

Maine Educators’ Consortium makes every effort to award full refunds, however, we are contracted with and must adhere to Endicott College student cancellation/drop refund policy.

Cancellation/Refund Policies
1. Professional Education course drop/withdrawal
100%  if student withdraws within the first week.
Refunds will not be issued after the first week.

2. Masters of Education – Administrative Leadership Program course withdrawal
Refund Schedule (based on date of official withdrawal):
Within the first week of class 80%
Within the second week  60%
Within the third week 40%
Within the fourth week 20%
Fifth week and after No refund

Students who receive Federal Title IV Funds are subject to the return of Title IV Funds as required by the 1998 Amendments to the Higher Education Act of 1965, in the event of withdrawal. The calculation for the return of Title IV Funds may be found on the refund schedule.
